Rent a Christmas tree

Frequently asked questions:

How do I rent a Christmas tree and decorations?

Its simply. All you have to do is fill in one of our decoration request forms with what you are looking for, a colour scheme, your contact details and Location. One of our team will then be in-touch to confirm the details of the order, answer any questions and organise any requests.

How do I pay for my order?

Rent a Christmas tree or other decorations from us and after the order has been delivered we will issue your corporate office address with an invoice which you can pay by BACS, credit card or PayPal.

When will you deliver our decorations?

You can pick any week from November onwards depending on your requirements. If you book early we will do our best to deliver as close to the day you require but we can not guarantee any day, only the week you have picked.

What areas do you deliver in?

We rent Christmas trees across large parts of England and deliver from London and surrounding areas all the way up to York and everywhere in-between. Please see our Locations page to check if we deliver in your area but please contact us or call us on 03335776232 if you are outside that area and would like a quote.

Do you do one off events and party’s?

Yes, just contact or call us with the details and we can provide you with a quote.

What will we need to have ready for your arrival?

When our team arrives at your corporate offices or premises they will need the area around where the Christmas trees and Decorations are going to be installed clear. When you rent a Christmas tree from us power will be needed near the decorations in a place where the wire will not be a trip hazard. If this is not possible we will do our best to secure the wires around door frames etc so that they are not a safety issue. If we are unable to secure a safe power supply we can install battery powered lights. Battery lights are not as bright as mains lights and the batteries will need changing a few times over the festive period. We will need to know in advance of our arrival if battery lights are needed.

How do we keep our live real Christmas tree fresh and limit needle drop?

If you rent a real Christmas tree from us the first thing the installation team will do is cut a few inches off the bottom of your tree. This will allow the tree to take up water from the reservoir in the stand. This will help to keep your tree fresh. After this it will be your reasonability to top the water in the stand. Please bear in mind that real trees will only stay fresh for a few weeks but there are a few things you can do to help last. Don’t place your tree next to a radiator or heater. Don’t order a real tree to early in the season. Do top up your stand with water before the reservoir runs dry.
